Sounds like LED board connector has come loose ( this would be the first to my knowledge). No worries, please contact Rasmus on support @ theeyetribe.com to have it fixed.

For quality control please tell him how it has been used. Frequent traveling etc. Could help us to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Device had previously been working fine. All of a sudden, only the left-hand side LED's were turning on, now no LED's turn on. Device is recognized by Windows, server + UI.
