Could you please try to open up the Device Manager, under Imaging Devices, right click on TheEyeTribe and select Uninstall. Then reconnect the device and let Windows install the device automatically. Does that help?
Statistics: Posted by skataMartin — 04 Jun 2014, 00:30

I think I have the same problem.

When I turned on my computer, the system tray said “USB device not recognized”.

I started up the Eye Tribe server, and I saw this:

Edit: I tried my other USB 3.0 port, and now it’s recognized.

I actually switched it back to the USB 3 port that I normally use. That is, I’ve had this problem before, and I switched to the other port because I thought something was wrong with the USB 3 port that I normally use.

To richard: the last time that I had this problem, I do recall thinking about whether to go to my neighbor’s house to try his USB 3 ports, as none of the ones on my computer were working, and I didn’t have any other USB 3 ports in the house. I think this was about a little over a week ago (I’m not sure if I was using 36 then). I think that after a period of time, it was recognized again. But yeah, this problem has seemed to resurface again this morning.
Statistics: Posted by skataJeffKang — 03 Jun 2014, 22:06
