Hi all,

I came to realise the problem is the SDK for Mavericks.
I just tried to access both eye trackers using a Windows machine and the 'device' parameter works just fine. The 'device' parameter in Mac OS arises this message:
"ERR: User-config device is not present in system!"
Statistics: Posted by skatacarlos.gomes@m-iti.org — 17 Sep 2014, 18:32

Hi all,

Does anyone happen to know how to work with 2 eyetribe devices at the same time?
I have been following the instructions on the web-page but it does not work. I am running a different server for each eye tracker. I am assigning different ports. Whenever I try to gather information from Java it gives me the information from one of the eye trackers, not both. I also tried to set up the eye trackers with different device numbers (--device=1) but it does not work either.

Any help would be great.
I am working with MAC OS X 10.9 and using Java to connect to the devices.

Thank you
Statistics: Posted by skatacarlos.gomes@m-iti.org — 15 Sep 2014, 16:04
