I've recieved my eye tribe yesterday! Thank you a lot! It really took just 15 weekdays from the letter! Even in Russia)

And by the way the quality and design of the packing really impressive!) One my friend even japed that it looks like I've recieved iPhone 5s instead of eye tracker

I don't think I ever actually received my tracking number. However it arrived yesterday, so all is good. Took about 10 weekdays from when I got the message saying it was shipped. I live in North Carolina, USA just for reference.

All orders up until last week have now reached the fulfillment center and are being processed over the next couple of days. Delivery time varies between countries.

All orders that have been placed before the end of next week will be shipped next week as well.

Shipping has been lagging behind for two reasons, 1) production capacity and ramping up, 2) slow shipping during the holidays and extreme weather conditions.

Last batch is leaving China, made it before their New Year. Arriving European fulfillment center next week.

We acknowledge slow shipping, especially to the U.S. during recent winter storms. Investigating alternatives to USPS.

By end of next week all orders until date will have shipped.

The planned headroom is disappearing quickly as orders keep coming in.

My tracker finally arrived yesterday in the mail, although I had to basically run down the postman to get it. Turns out they won't deliver registered mail to my apartment. If possible, I would avoid delivery via USPS in the future. While I've had my share of issues with every delivery service, USPS seems to have the hardest time getting things to me. Hope the rest of your trackers arrive safely!

Yay, I received my package today!

Only 1 problem, I order 2x eye trackers and received only 1 in the package
The 1 tracker was suppose to be mine for development purposes and the other 1 for my Dad that suffers from A

EDIT: Ok, so it looks like each tracker is posted within its own package. Great support from theEyeTribe !!
My 2 eye trackers ended up at different post offices thank God for tracking numbers.

My package has left New York, passed through Massachusetts, and is now in New Hampshire. I live in California. Is USPS drunk?
