Hi Haidar,

Sounds weird, I'll check with support to see if there's been any similar cases.

The device and software works fine otherwise?

Wondering if this is a OS/driver power-state managing issue or if it is related to the hardware. Really difficult to diagnose on the limited info.

- What's the brand/model of the laptop?
- I assume other USB 3.0 devices does not cause the same problem, and that you have the latest drivers?
Statistics: Posted by skataMartin — 04 Dec 2014, 03:22

I found something strange, every time the eye tracker plugged into my USB 3.0 port, then wifi turns off automatically, and when I unplug it, my wifi working again. Anyone have the same problem?
Statistics: Posted by skatahaidar.rausyanfikr@gmail.com — 03 Dec 2014, 12:28
