It's bit weird. I tried plugging & unplugging the USB 4,5 times, restarted my machine and the device started working.

which version of Windows do you use? 10?

Hello,
We are doing the calibration for the first time. Whenever we try to open the ET Server we are getting following errors -
2016-02-02 15:18:52.327|821790646|E|Could not initialize The Eye Tribe Tracker
2016-02-02 15:18:52.327|821790646|E|The tracker device has been connected but is not working

We are using sdk "TheEyeTribeSDK-0.9.56-x86.exe".

The device is fairly new (3 weeks old).

Need your assistance in resolving the issue.
